2011-10-21Finance, is the driving force behind the construction of municipal. Whenever the implementation of local self-government, the promotion of urban development, public policy implementation, etc., can only be successfully completed when there is the support of sufficient financial resources.Due to amending law in order to cut tax by the Central Government, our city’s tax revenue has reduce by around 20 billion NT dollars per year, this also reflect in the declining size of our budget year by year.
